After becoming a mom of two and navigating pregnancy after 35, I faced high blood pressure, anxiety, stress, and sleepless nights. In search of natural remedies over medication, I discovered the comfort of gentle brews—blue pea and chamomile teas for relaxation, hibiscus for heart health, and black and rose blends for clear skin and mood.
